Antonio Altamirano CEO
Antonio has successfully pioneered search and new media marketing strategies for Fortune 500 companies for over seven years. Antonio’s deep understanding of technology and markets makes his insight invaluable to companies looking to utilize the power of the internet to strengthen their brands, connect to customers and positively influence the bottom line. Antonio has lead global marketing efforts for companies such as Sun Microsystems and Accenture. He holds a degree in Computer Science. Antonio was one of the first whitewater rafting instructors in Ecuador. He trained the second generation of whitewater rafting guides that now serve at most of adventure travel companies in Ecuador.

Leandro Henflen COO
Leandro has over 11 years of experience working on web technologies. Leandro has managed several web development projects working for Human Rights Organizations, Government agencies and retail companies. Always moved by passion, curiosity and the spirit to change and evolve, Leandro strives to design websites with the human user in mind. Because of this passion Leandro has a deep interest and knowledge in human-computer interaction and its application to UX/UI design.
Leandro has experience with Open Source Content Management Systems (OS-CMS) technologies. Leandro currently acts as the Argentina team lead for Tangelo making sure our development processes are Agile and efficient.

Ignacio Ricci Designer & Developer
Ignacio is a 23 year old Graphic Design Student and Web Designer. He’s been working since 2004 in web developments.
He has a solid knowledge on XHTML/CSS and WordPress and is passionate about the web.He also owns a blog deeply focused on CSS: “The CSS Blog” (www.thecssblog.com)

Nicolas Massi Art Director
Nicolas began his career over ten years ago as a freelance graphic designer and new media consultant. He designed and developed a variety of projects, including: web sites, brand identity, typography, CD/DVD, Flash games, and print projects.
In 2002 co-founded Platico Studio (Buenos Aires, Argentina). At Platico Games Studio, I work as Creative Director and Interactive Designer, specifically focused on video game projects, including: advergames, trainning and educational games. Client list includes, Toyota, Turner Broadcasting, Nestlé, Grupo Clarín, 47Street, CMTV, Nascar, Budweiser, Matel, Claxson, among others. Nicolás also worked as an Art Director at Persuasive Games LLC from 2003 through 2008. Client list includes, CNN, New York Times, MTV, Discovery, Cisco Systems, Chrysler, BBDO, Pearson Education, among others.

Juan Cruz Ghigliani iPhone Developer
Juan Cruz received his degree in systems in late 2007. He has participate as a freelance developer in various web projects, using as main tools PHP, jQuery, CSS and MySQL. Juan Cruz has three years experience as a developer delphi-oracle for a major local company on projects for public organizations. He always interested to investigate and acquire knowledge in new technologies. He is currently operating as a developer for mobile devices like iPhone, iPod and iPad.

Leila Ergo Blogger/Copywriter
Leila has recently joined Tangelo.
She is doing her thesis in Social Communications. She has worked for more than two years in the area of Marketing and Advertising, developing communication projects for companies. She has the power of those who want to grow professionally and meet new challenges and at the same time the experience of working in companies from her own country and abroad.

Hernan Bruno Mobile Developer
Hernán has being playing with computers since he was a little kid. His first computer was a Commodore and started programming from an early age. Hernán studied Systems Engineering at the University of Tandil (Buenos Aires). He is autodidact who loves new challenges.
